Changing the Charge Date
Sometimes a customer may message you and request a trial extension, perhaps because they were out of town or because their order was delivered slower than expected.
If you decide to grant that extension, changing the scheduled charge date is easily accomplished from the Shopify order page.
First, open the order in the Shopify orders section and scroll to the Pending finances section.
To the right of the line that says "Payment due on <date of charge>" click the blue "Edit" link. An "Edit payment terms" popup will appear and you can click the due date selector and change the scheduled charge date.
After choosing the new date, click "Save."
